However, we understand that issues can occur during transit. That’s why we offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or broken during delivery.
• A wrong item was sent (different design or model from what was ordered).
Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Items worn, used, or altered in any way
• Delay in delivery due to courier issues (we provide tracking details)
Open-Box Video is Mandatory:
To process any exchange request, you must:

• The video must be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the shipping label, product, and the issue.
• Submit the video within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
• Our team will carefully review your request. Once verified, we will initiate a free replacement or exchange for the correct item.
Exchange Request Timeline:
• You must raise your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once your request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery of the exchanged item usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
For Refund:
• Refunds are approved only if the product is unavailable for exchange or replacement.
• Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Information:
• Exchanges are processed only after review and approval by our team.
• If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a credit note or an alternative product of the same value.
• In the case of damaged or incorrect products, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement.
• Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
• Shipping costs for replacement are covered by us in case of damage or wrong item.
